(Defective) iPhone 13 mini

Everything works EXCEPT celular connectivity. Dropped it on the gym floor once and since then it just does not activate or get any cell service at all. Tried updating through the phone and connected to pc but nothing seems to fix this issue. Have not tried taking it to a professional so it may be a simple fix but it does not serve me anymore

Everything else is pretty flawless. Bought it certified refurbished. Well taken care of. Some dings and scratches is all.
