Listing an item on Mapleups is free regardless of category, price or volume. Our listing process is simple, allowing you to add up to 12 photos, an item description, brand, category, condition, and relevant tags. At the time of listing, you can choose to ship on your own or use Mapleups prepaid shipping labels, with Shipping Protection up to $200. Plus, we offer a variety of promotional tools available to help you sell your item successfully.

Hassle-free Shipping

When listing on Mapleups, you can choose between shipping on your own or using Mapleups prepaid shipping labels, which offer discounted rates and tracking through our trusted shipping partners. If you select a Mapleups prepaid shipping label, we help you select the correct option for your item’s size and weight to avoid incurring any additional shipping charges. Mapleups prepaid shipping labels come with up to $200 in Shipping Protection in case of loss or damage in transit and can easily be printed at home or at the carrier during drop-off using print-free QR codes.

Once your item sells, you have 3 days to carefully pack your item and drop it off with the shipping carrier. If you opt to ship on your own, you’ll need to provide tracking information before you can get paid.

To do this, we monitor for Prohibited Items and conduct, verify customers, validate payments and use predictive analytics to detect and instantly evaluate suspicious activity, listings and orders. If we identify unusual behavior, we may limit the activity or account to help protect you and your funds.

Getting Paid

Mapleups aims to give sellers peace of mind by processing payments from buyers on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about handling payments or getting paid. Buyers usually have 72 hours from delivery to review their order, confirm the item was received as described and rate the transaction. Once the buyer rates the order, the funds are released to you. Your payment will appear in your Mapleups account as balance. You can conveniently use your Mapleups balance for purchases on our marketplace to avoid payment processing delays or potential payment declines.

Mapleups also offers free ACH direct deposit withdrawals. A $2 fee applies only for failed withdrawal transactions. ACH direct deposits are limited to one per day and are typically received within 5-7 business days. For faster payouts, including during the weekend or holidays, you can select Instant Pay for $3, with funds available in about 30 minutes.
